This picture feels like it's leaning a bit more towards realism, which isn't bad at all. Here's what you could improve on:

The hair: The shading on the hair seems rather flat, and doesn't make much sense in terms of lighting. It looks very awkward. It spans a bit too far, and has a very awkward stop on her bangs. I suggest you use reference pictures and look at how their hair reflects light. Like I said in another critique, think about the light source. Think about where it would hit most on her hair and face, where it would hit the least. The hair itself seems very lifeless, and not very lively. Practice drawing things like curls, braids, and sections of hair, then compare them to real photos, as well as flipping them and turning them upside down to see if they still look good. Once you feel confident in that, practice adding strands of hair to those things. It's all about time, trial, error, and practice.

The eyes: The left eye looks pretty nice, but her right eye seems to be sliding off of her face a little bit. If you have to, copy and paste the other eye, then flip it and use it as reference. The highlights in her eyes are very unrealistic as well. See above, about lighting sources. Her irises seem a bit too big, even if she were wearing coloured contacts or something of the like. Play around with their size a bit and see how it looks.

The face and body: The point of the chin is a tad bit too small. There's also the problem of the shoulder arc again. Use yourself as reference, look at how your shoulders slope in a mirror.

A very nice piece altogether, though.
