When making lineless art, it's very important to use shading so everything doesn't look like it's one big blob. Look at photographs of people in poses similar to theirs, and see how the light hits their faces, where there are shadows and where there is more of a 'glare' from the light. The same applies to eyes. Imagine where the light is coming from, and try to make a glare that matches with it. Say the light is coming from the right, then the glare would be on the left. Their arms are disproportional. Look at pictures of the human arm and compare it to this. See how the length from Samantha's wrist to her elbow is much larger than it would realistically be? Practice makes permanent though, so keep looking at reference and practicing until you feel confident. Both of their legs are also a bit disproportional. What I suggest for you is to take a few pieces of paper. Print out or find a picture of a human leg. Trace out the basic shape and practice drawing that until you have it down. Then, add a line where the knee would bend. Now you have basic guidelines. Practice drawing legs in different positions like that until you feel like you've got it down.

Now on to the outfits. Samantha's dress looks pretty nice, maybe try using a slightly darker red to define some shadows and where the bust ends. I suggest you look at reference photos of dresses similar to hers. The buttons on Victor's vest/overshirt are a bit large. Most shirts don't have buttons like that unless they've been modified from a petticoat. He could also use some clothe shading and clothing folds on his shirt and tie/scarf.
